**Job Title**: Business Development Executive
**Reports To**: CEO/Founder
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to fuel the growth of our Medical Device Regulatory consulting firm in Chennai & Noida India. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Acquisition**:
- Research and identify potential clients across Medical Equipments industries.
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients.
- **Sales and Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- **Marketing and Branding**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.
- Create and share engaging content to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Market Intelligence and Strategy**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports on performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- **Networking**: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the Indian business landscape, regulatory environment, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,746.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
