Role & responsibilities -

Manages MDs calendar, includes scheduling internal and external meetings.

  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to MD.
  • Work directly with the MD to support all aspects of daily work routine.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas.
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of

minutes and summaries.

  • Maintain Minutes of meeting in a file.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems of necessary documents.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ordering and managing logistics of gifts/goodies as and when required for

employees/customers/guests etc.

  • Screening visitors and deciding if they should be allowed to meet with the MD/

manages access and filters communication and requests, playing a pivotal role in

safeguarding the MDs time and priorities.

  • Verification of Legal Documents.
  • Highlighting any discrepancy in the documents verified.
  • ERP Software Installation coordination.
  • Coordinating with the software vendor for any issue troubleshooting.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for data collection.
