CANDIDATE MUST KNOW KANNADA (LANGUAGE)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the real estate industry

Remuneration Package: 7-8 Lakhs PA

Job Responsibilities:

 Conduct legal scrutiny and due diligence of title documents to ensure clear

titles.

 Draft, review, and finalize various real estate deeds, agreements, and legal

documents.

 Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and other relevant real estate laws

in Karnataka.

 Provide legal advice on land acquisition, development, and town planning,

ensuring adherence to norms set by authorities like BDA, BMRDA, and

STRR.

 Represent the company in legal matters, including dispute resolution and

negotiations related to real estate transactions.

 Work closely with external legal teams, government authorities, and internal

teams for timely approvals and legal clearances.

 Keep the company updated on the latest amendments in real estate laws and

policies.

 Assist in developing legal strategies to minimize risks and ensure legal

protection in all real estate dealings.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.

 Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong focus on

property documentation.

 Expertise in Karnataka real estate laws, RERA compliance, and town

planning norms.

 Strong drafting skills with attention to legal detail.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage multiple legal processes and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
