We are expanding our team at our RENT2STAYS Management Services and hiring for below positions in the Real Estate Industry.

Designation : Residential Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining a relationship with existing Property Owners (Residential) & Tenants.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.

Able to handle client relationships & closing the business deal.

Able to work in a target driven environment.

Should handle renting out properties across Bangalore.

Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

1–4 years of sales experience in property management, real estate, Banking Sales Or Insurance Sales or facility management services is an added advantage.

Strong network within the real estate industry is desirable.
