IT Operations Manager - Night Shift 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Location: Gurugram , India

Key Requirements

  • Technical Hands-on Expertise The candidate must be actively technical (not just managing delivery).

  • Mandatory Skill: Office 365 (Microsoft Systems / Office Administration)

  • Minimum 2 years, maximum 5 years of recent hands-on experience.

  • Should be able to handle end-user issues, perform troubleshooting, and manage L3-level O365 administration.

  • ITIL Background Strong foundation in ITIL processes; PMP training preferred.

  • Service Management Tools: Experience in ServiceNow, Clarify, ConnectWise, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

  • Networking & Security Knowledge:

  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, Servers and overall infrastructure setup as a L2 engineer.

  • Vendor & Tool Implementation:

  • Should have experience managing vendors, evaluating new tools, and implementing process improvements.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Excellent communication skills required; must be able to manage internal and global stakeholders effectively.

Role Overview

This role will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative, responsible for strengthening IT Operations and driving process improvements. The individual will oversee service delivery, tool implementation, and IT infrastructure optimization while ensuring smooth coordination across teams and vendors.
