Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end interviews and assessments of new fitness trainers.
  • Take induction and technical learning batches for newly joined trainers.
  • Organize regular internal training workshops for gym trainers to improve skills, knowledge, and motivation.
  • Teach trainers how to generate Personal Training (PT) revenues and close PT clients confidently.
  • Create monthly learning calendars and sales conversion strategy for fitness staff.
  • Work closely with the gym sales team to build alignment and ensure fitness staff contributes to sales and member retention.
  • Conduct on-ground visits to WTF gyms to evaluate and train staff wherever required.
  • Maintain detailed performance trackers for all trained gym trainers and ensure growth in revenue contributions.
  • Help build a pool of star fitness trainers who can eventually lead in performance and culture at WTF.
  • Regularly audit the quality of PT sessions and give constructive feedback to trainers.
  • Support HR/TA team in screening high-quality fitness professionals for new gyms.
