Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, providing information about fitness programs, conducting tours of the gym, and closing sales to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills: Demonstrated experience in sales, meeting sales targets, and customer relationship management.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Industry knowledge: A passion for fitness and understanding of fitness programs and gym operations is a plus.
  • Educational qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
