You need to be a HODLer of these
- Past experience in community management/ growth, preferably in the fintech industry with an overall work experience of at least 5-7 years.
- Understanding of crypto trading terminologies, lingo and DeFi concepts.
- Active follower of the blockchain and VDA industry who is up to speed with the market realities. Ideally, someone who trades themselves.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse community members. Capable of handling tricky conversations during escalations with members calmly.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure community metrics and derive insights.
- Passion for fostering communities, building relationships, and driving engagement.
- Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry and work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be mining through these tasks
- Lead our crypto community initiative and champion it as one of our major marketing asset
- Build and align the community to achieve overall business objectives
- Foster strong relations with our customers aimed at making them our brand ambassadors.
- Identify target user segments and create engagement plans tailored to their needs.
- Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for community growth and engagement.
- Community Management: Oversee all community management activities and ensure a positive user experience.
- Actively engage with community members and moderate conversations on Telegram Communities.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, addressing user concerns and providing timely support.
- Encourage constructive discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among community members.
- Identify and build strong relationships with the most active members.
- Content Creation and Curation: Creating/Curating relevant content to drive engagement on the forums such as relevant industry news, market updates, and insights with the community.
- Manage brand announcements and communications to the community on the forums.
- Community Events and Programs: Organize virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, and meetups, to foster engagement and strengthen the community.
- Develop and manage community incentive programs, contests, and referral initiatives to encourage user participation and growth.
- Managing event and campaign marketing activities within the community
- Feedback and Insights:Gather user feedback, suggestions, and concerns and effectively communicate them to the relevant teams within the exchange for improvement.
- Analyze community metrics, sentiment, and engagement data to derive actionable insights and recommend strategies for enhancing the community experience.
- Industry Advocacy: Represent the organization in Community forums, and social media discussions to establish thought leadership and promote the organization's brand and values.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the VDA industry and share relevant information with the community.
- Team Management : Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the Community team members, fostering their development and ensuring successful execution.
