Business Executive is responsible to achieve assigned branch business and collections targets
Preferred candidate profile
- Identifying and prospecting for new LCV customers.
- Presenting LCV financing options and building relationships with potential clients.
- Managing existing customer accounts and addressing their needs.
- Monitoring loan repayments and identifying potential delinquencies.
- Negotiating payment plans and implementing collection strategies.
- Contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies
- Tracking and analyzing collection performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
Adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines during the collection process
