Department: Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking

Job Purpose:

To acquire new customers and drive the sale of Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct and indirect sourcing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition:

    • Identify and source potential customers for CASA products through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital channels.

    • Conduct market mapping to understand competitor offerings and customer segments.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.

    • Cross-sell relevant bank products such as FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, etc., to increase wallet share.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

    • Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer retention.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

    • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all CASA accounts opened.

    • Adhere to all bank compliance, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Market Intelligence:

    • Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and customer trends.

    • Share feedback with the product and marketing teams for improvements.
