Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in HR or recruitment consultancy is a plus
