.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution
: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, etc.).
Performance Analysis
: Track and analyze KPIs, ROAS, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
Insights & Reporting
: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Budget Management
: Manage an annual digital marketing budget of ₹10 Cr, ensuring optimal ROI.
Trend Monitoring
: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
Influencer Partnerships
: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content (e.g., reels, campaigns).
Brand Initiatives
: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements :
Experience
: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
Budget Expertise
: Proven experience handling ₹10 Cr+ annual budgets.
Tools
: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
Analytical Skills
: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
Creative Input
: Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for creative collaboration.
Office Location :
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Office Timings : 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Salary : Upto ₹80,000 Per Month
