The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, and strong analytical skills. They should also be proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.

As a team leader, you will mentor and lead a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed client expectations. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to executing integrated campaigns and initiatives.

### Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on D2C clients
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
