We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic performance marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage high-performing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing strategies to deliver tailored solutions and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization to improve campaign performance and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of client goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on D2C clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
