We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing professional to lead our D2C client accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement high-performing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
- Built strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Lead a team of performance marketing professionals, guiding them in achieving their full potential and delivering outstanding results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on D2C clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
