Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of business activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

  • Manage CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Operational Coordination:

  • Liaise between CEO and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

  • Track key deliverables and follow up on pending actions.
  • Assist in reviewing operational performance metrics and logistics KPIs.

  • Strategic Assistance:

  • Support CEO in planning and implementing business strategies.

  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
  • Prepare briefing notes for meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Communication Management:

  • Draft and review emails, proposals, and official documents.

  • Act as the point of contact for external partners and senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (preferably in logistics/supply chain).
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business communication tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
