Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to maximize market penetration and achieve sales goals within the affordable housing sector.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers, branch managers, and sales representatives across different regions, providing coaching and support to optimize performance.
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with builders, developers, brokers, and government agencies focused on affordable housing projects.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes within the affordable housing space to inform sales strategies and product development.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit guidelines related to affordable housing loans.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep Understanding of Affordable Housing Market:
Extensive knowledge of government housing schemes, credit policies, eligibility criteria, and market dynamics within the affordable housing sector.
