The Home Loan Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying and obtaining the best home loan products to suit their needs. The role involves guiding customers through the loan process, assessing eligibility, submitting loan applications, and maintaining relationships with banking partners and customers to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads for home loan products through various channels (calls, referrals, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Understand clients' financial profiles and requirements to suggest suitable home loan options.
  • Explain loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria clearly to clients.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for documentation and processing.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documents for loan approval.
  • Follow up with banks to ensure timely sanction and disbursement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly loan targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new loan products, and RBI guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Mortgage Loans / Banking / DSA sector.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit policies, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
