Clinical Research Assistant (CRO Operations & Data Handling)

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Clinical Research Assistant
to support our ongoing research operations at Precision Path Lab. This role involves coordinating with the CRO team, managing biospecimen data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across research documentation. Success in this position means maintaining high data integrity, smooth study coordination, and efficient operational support for ongoing clinical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing clinical research studies.
  • Handle
    CRO-related data
    and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
  • Manage
    biospecimen tracking and logistics
    in collaboration with lab and research teams.
  • Maintain study databases using
    Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
    .
  • Support regulatory documentation and data quality checks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external research partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    B.Sc. in Science (Biology or related field).
  • Experience:
    Prior exposure to clinical research, CRO operations, or lab data management preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Advanced Excel
    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).
  • Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Location:
