Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Study Associate based in Jaipur. The Clinical Study Associate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting clinical trials and research projects, managing study documentation, and assisting in data collection and analysis. Responsibilities include liaising with investigators and healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring study progress, and preparing reports. The role also entails working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of clinical research projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge and experience in research methodologies, study protocols, and regulatory guidelines for clinical trials.
  • Background in medicine, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in clinical trials and familiarity with clinical trial operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in medical writing and data analysis is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
