Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Research Assistant, based in Jaipur. The Research Assistant will contribute to laboratory experiments, assist in data collection and analysis, and support ongoing research projects. Key responsibilities include preparing samples, maintaining accurate records, assisting in the formulation of research protocols, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful execution of Retro Biotech's pioneer diagnostic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and experiment execution
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis
  • Effective Communication and Research capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
  • Knowledge of molecular biology or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in a laboratory environment is preferred
