Research Analyst

About AARTH AIF:

Aarth AIF is a Category 3 Alternative Investment Fund focused on MSME sector growth. Our 5-year fund targets a ₹500 Crore corpus. With over 20 years of combined expertise, our fund managers, Adheesh Kabra and Rishi Agarwal, provide deep industry knowledge.

Job Summary:

We seek to fill positions in our research team with someone with strong background in financial analysis and research, especially in the MSME sector. The role involves analyzing companies, publishing reports, and supporting our fund management team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Investment Research & Analysis:

o Research MSME companies & prospective SME IPOs. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities.

o Publish reports including sector overviews, SWOT analysis, and management assessments.

o Track industry trends and macroeconomic factors.

● Portfolio Support:

o Align research with portfolio strategies.

o Present findings to support investment decisions.

o Update research methodologies for accuracy.

● Due Diligence & Reporting:

o Conduct due diligence on potential investments.

o Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making.

o Maintain accurate and timely research records.

Qualifications:


•
CA,CS, CFA, FRM, MBA (Finance), or NISM Certification.
(Mandatory)


• 
1-3 years of experience in equity research,
 investment analysis, or financial due diligence, with a focus on MSME investments.


• Expertise in:

* Reading & analyzing DRHP and RHP for IPO assessments.

* Audit of companies with revenue between ₹ Cr.

* Debt Syndication and Structured Finance.

* Financial Modeling for Project Financing.

* Valuation methodologies (DCF, Relative Valuation, NAV modeling, etc.).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), financial modeling, and data analytics.


• Strong reading and comprehension skills for analyzing financial reports, regulatory documents, and market trends.


• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with strong communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.


• A deep passion for equity markets, SME investments, and alternative asset management.
