Executive – Talent Acquisition

Job Description

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience

·       Handling end to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening the candidates on the phone/personal meeting on the skill set & functions,
Campus Recruitment, Lateral Hiring, Salary Negotiation, Onboarding, Managing & Coordinating, Documentation, Verification, Employee Relationship.

·       Understanding the organization's recruitment needs.

·       Boolean sourcing & Creating Job Descriptions.

·       Prepare the Skill ratings / Self ratings for screening process.

·       In-house/Internal recruiting search – Employee Referral Programs.

·       External advertising: Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, networking and head hunting etc.,

·       
Maintaining relationship with preferred recruitment vendors, placement agencies etc.,

·       
Handling Vendors and validating the profiles received from them.

·       
Do reference checks on the candidates and mailing the resumes to the interview panel.

·       Follow up and for setting machine test assessments and coordinate with relevant panel for evaluation.

·       
Coordinating interviews and conducting various level rounds with the Lead/Manager/HR/Management.

·       
Informing candidates about the results of interviews through Personal meeting / Telephone / Email.

·       Network, build and maintain relationship with potential candidates.

·       
Email Follow ups:
Mass Job Description email for Not picking candidates, after interview etc.,

·       
Follow up on the shortlisted candidates, schedule interview and Follow up till candidate joins
.

·       To research new recruiting channels.

·       To maintain an accurate and up-to-date database to produce reports and analysis of recruitment activity as per the process.

·       Working independently and be self-motivated.

·       Ability to maintain confidential information.

·       Support in Organizational Development and HR Operation activities.

Candidate Profile:

·       Should have experience in IT Recruitment / Service Industry, preferably in MS technologies

·       Should have experience in Niche Technology hiring both junior & senior positions.

·       Boolean Search is a must have skill.

·       Good communication skills, especially in convincing and negotiating with the candidates.

·       Good written communication and presentation skills.

·       Should be able to independently handle the recruitment

·       Positive attitude and highly motivated

·       Having Non-IT hiring experience is an added advantage

Education:
Any UG graduation with
MBA preferred
