Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive located in Delhi, India. The Procurement Executive will handle purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and coordinate procurement activities to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to optimize cost efficiency and quality in procurement.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance, pricing, and procurement strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in procurement software and familiarity with relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in procurement or a similar role is a plus
