Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Procurement & Logistics Executive
to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient in coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth flow of materials. Strong communication, basic negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with
Tally Prime
and
Google Sheets
are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement:

  • Generate
    Purchase Orders (POs)
    and maintain accurate purchase records.
  • Create and manage
    Sales Orders
    as required.
  • Source, coordinate, and follow up with vendors for timely order placement.
  • Compare quotations and assist in negotiating rates for routine purchases.
  • Track material availability and ensure timely procurement as per requirements.
  • Maintain vendor database and ensure documentation accuracy.

Logistics & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with
    transporters, couriers, and logistics partners
    for dispatch and delivery.
  • Follow up to ensure material reaches the warehouse/site on or before required timelines.
  • Monitor shipment status, resolve delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare delivery schedules and ensure proper documentation (invoices, e-way bills, etc.).
  • Assist in planning inward/outward movement of materials to optimize logistics cost.

Inventory & Documentation:

  • Update stock records and track inward/outward movement of goods.
  • Maintain purchase, logistics, and inventory tracking sheets on
    Google Sheets
    .
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice matching, GRN entries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure complete documentation for audits and internal reporting.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    procurement, logistics, or supply chain
    roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Tally Prime
    (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    Google Sheets
    — basic formulas, data entry, record management.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, follow processes, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of transportation, material handling, and order flow.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
