Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sourcing Manager for a full-time position based in Panaji. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience, with expertise in negotiation, strategic sourcing, and vendor evaluation. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our sourcing operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our business endeavors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to drive favorable terms and build lasting supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in strategic sourcing (Mandatory skill) to identify, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers.
  • Strong vendor evaluation abilities (Mandatory skill) for selecting and retaining top-quality suppliers.
  • Required expertise in supplier relationship management to effectively nurture and sustain supplier connections.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management concepts to ensure streamlined procurement activities.
  • Capability in conducting cost analysis to maximize financial efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Market research skills to stay abreast of industry trends and inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Experience in contract management to negotiate, draft, and finalize supplier agreements effectively.
