Position Overview
Sales Executives and Sales Managers will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and promoting investment products that suit client needs.
They will also represent Agriya Investments as trusted financial advisors, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
For
Sales Executives:
- Identify and acquire new clients for investment and financial products.
- Explain various financial instruments such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and fixed-income options.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with the back-office and support team for smooth onboarding of clients.
For
Sales Managers (in addition to the above):
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Conduct sales training and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
