**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at CivilArch Group in Varanasi. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our architecture design and construction services. You will act as the first point of contact with potential clients, building relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pitching: Present and promote CivilArch Group's architecture and construction services to prospective clients.
Client Engagement: Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships to increase sales opportunities.
Data Management: Accurately log and track all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Customer Support: Address inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to clients' needs.
Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads to convert them into active customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align client requirements and support ongoing projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuasively present CivilArch's value propositions.
Sales-Driven: Strong understanding of sales strategies with a goal-oriented mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Customer Focused: Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
