Pre-Sales Solution Architect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Pre-Sales Solution Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to join our growing team. This client-facing role requires a versatile professional who can wear multiple hats: solution expert, business advisor, technical consultant, and customer advocate.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the sales cycle, working closely with customers, sales teams, and delivery partners to design, present, and demonstrate tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges.

  • Locations: Hybrid Any Accion offices in India pref (Bangalore /Pune/Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Solutioning

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

Lead discovery workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical deep-dives with prospective clients.

Build solution architectures aligned with customer goals, showcasing the value of D365 CE and other dynamics modules (if necessary)

Create compelling technical proposals, solution documentation, and effort estimates.

2. Product Demonstrations & Client Engagement

Prepare and deliver customized D365 CE CRM demos and proof-of-concepts tailored to industry use cases.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions during the sales process.

Articulate the business benefits, ROI, and competitive advantage of our Microsoft D365 CE solutions.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the product, delivery, and engineering teams to validate solutions.

Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive solution designs and roadmaps.

Collaborate with marketing to create industry-specific assets (presentations, RFP responses, case studies, etc.).

4. Strategic Advisory

Provide thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders around Microsofts cloud offerings (CE, Power Platform, Azure, etc.).

Keep up to date with Microsofts product roadmap, partner ecosystem, licensing changes, and industry trends.

5. Other Responsibilities

Support RFP/RFI responses and participate in pricing and scope discussions.

Attend industry events, webinars, and Microsoft partner engagements as a representative of the pre-sales team.

Contribute to building internal knowledge bases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Min of 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including at least 2+ years in Field Service solutions.

Proven pre-sales or solution consulting experience in a client-facing capacity.

Strong knowledge of Field Service capabilities like resource scheduling, work orders, mobile technician enablement, IoT integration, and connected field service.

Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience with Power Platform, Azure integrations, or other Microsoft cloud technologies is a strong plus.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210, MB-240) are preferred.
