About the Role
We're looking for passionate and proven
US IT Bench Sales Recruiters
who can market our consultants effectively, build strong vendor networks, and close placements with speed and integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
C2C marketing, vendor management, and end-to-end bench sales
across multiple technologies.
You'll be working closely with our US operations and leadership to scale SkyTek's recruiting engine from the ground up — leveraging both traditional recruiting and
AI-driven workflows
to maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Market
bench consultants (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
effectively to prime vendors and implementation partners. - Maintain and expand relationships with
Tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners
. - Identify new vendor leads, hotlists, and direct client opportunities through email marketing, job boards, and C2C networks.
- Customize consultant resumes for specific job requirements; ensure quick turnaround submissions.
- Manage the entire
bench-to-placement cycle
— from sourcing and submission to interview and onboarding. - Collaborate with consultants daily for status updates, interview prep, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients, ensuring compliance with tax and visa regulations (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Track submissions, interviews, and closures through Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Contribute to team discussions on improving processes, automations, and outreach strategy.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2–4 years
of proven US Bench Sales or C2C recruiting experience. - Active vendor relationships
and a solid track record of recent placements. - Strong understanding of
US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
and
visa categories (H-1B, OPT, GC, USC)
. - Skilled in using
Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and other sourcing platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation ability.
- Comfort working night shifts aligned with
US CST / EST time zones
. - Hands-on with
automation tools
(ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
