Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Connect Champion, located in India with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Connect Champion will be responsible for calling clients, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the customer experience through active engagement and problem-solving.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to assess and respond to customer feedback
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, CRM is a plus
