Job Description: Site Supervisor Retail Construction & Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in construction and retail fit-out work for commercial shops and footwear stores. The role will involve supervising, coordinating, and executing construction activities for new store setups, renovations, and ongoing maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and interior finishing works in line with design specifications and brand standards with having knowledge of its market price.
  • Supervise store fit-out activities including layouts, shelving installations, signage, and branding elements.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and material requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare progress reports and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Liaise with architects, contractors, and internal management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
