Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role focused on bridging the gap between customer interest and purchase. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers who have shown interest in our products by abandoning their shopping carts or submitting inquiries. Your primary goal is to understand their needs, address their concerns, and expertly guide them toward completing their purchase, thereby directly impacting our sales and revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive yet empathetic approach, and a strong understanding of the health and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Abandoned Cart Recovery: Proactively contact customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Lead Conversion: Engage with incoming leads from our website and marketing channels, understand their health goals, and effectively convert them into sales.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide accurate information and personalized product recommendations based on customer needs. Educate potential customers on the benefits and usage of our supplements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with potential customers, addressing any questions or hesitations they may have about our products or their purchase.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for converting leads and abandoned carts.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously log all interactions and track customer journeys in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a telesales, inside sales, or customer success role with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
  • A resident of Mumbai and able to work full-time from our office.
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Pharmacy ($B.Pharm$/$D.Pharm$), Nursing, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related life sciences field is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience working in the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the challenges of online sales.
