Merchant On-boarding L2 support [Code: MOBL2]
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To ensure all queries sent by L1 is responded back within TAT of 24 hours with proper resolution/
explanation for L1s to support the merchant.
• Liaise with MINDGATEs internal team (developer)/ Banks technical team for resolu tions of
unresolved issues reported by L1.
• Analyzing and investigating defects and faults, and tracing them till final resolution.
• To communicate resolutions of the issues which were highlighted/ escalated by L1 team, to
ensure L1 team is aware of the reported new issue and can provide resolution for similar issues/
scenarios in future.
• To maintain list of highlighted issues and its resolution as a ready reckoner for the entire team.
• To publish weekly new issue / resolution list with the integration support team.
• To publish daily tracker for all the Merchants supported on daily basis to L3.
Desired Skill Set
• Experience in supporting Web and
• Mobile Based application which Involves following technology JAVA, SQL, .NET.
• Providing post deployment support for upgrades / changes / enhancements done on production
(Live) Environment.
• Strong Unix / Oracle skills and very quick learner.
• Have taken the responsibility of deployment, raising change request and coor dinating with the
various team.
• Analyzing and investigating defects and faults, and tracing them till final reso lution.
• Time- efficient, systematic working methodology. Rapid adaptability to new problem solving.
