Role Overview
We seek a Technical Sales & Field Marketing Engineer with a civil engineering diploma (or equivalent) and proven field marketing experience. The ideal candidate will drive business development for our Tyros prestress systems by engaging directly with contractors, consultants, and project owners, conducting site visits, and delivering on-site technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for prestressing systems across India.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, feasibility assessments, and technical presentations to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with civil contractors, structural consultants, and infrastructure developers.
- Coordinate pilot installations and supervise field operations to ensure proper product application.
- Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, generating accurate forecasts.
- Represent Adroit Group at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging project trends.
- Provide feedback to R&D and production teams on product improvements and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum) or equivalent technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or field marketing within the construction, infrastructure, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong understanding of prestressing systems, post-tensioning, or related structural strengthening products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and close deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (up to 60–70%).
- Valid driver's license and comfort with frequent site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

- Diploma/Degree holders with background in structural or geotechnical engineering.
- Hands-on experience supervising on-site installations.
- Existing network within civil contractors and infrastructure consultants.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
