· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. This involves providing pre-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

· Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors is essential. This information helps in developing effective sales strategies and staying competitive in the global market.

· Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support is important to ensure a coordinated effort in meeting customer needs and addressing challenges.
