Key Responsibilities
- Handle full life cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Conduct direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviews, and compensation negotiations.
- Recruit through job portals, referrals, networking, and Internet sourcing techniques.
- Screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical/functional skills, and communication ability.
- Manage candidate engagement from first contact till offer acceptance.
- Coordinate salary expectations, counter-offers, benefits, and interview scheduling.
- Perform reference checks to validate authenticity and relevance.
- Maintain and update job boards with accurate candidate information.
What Were Looking For
- Prior US/Canada Staffing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Stability in career (consistent roles, no frequent job changes).
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment preferred.
