Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full life cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Conduct direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviews, and compensation negotiations.
  • Recruit through job portals, referrals, networking, and Internet sourcing techniques.
  • Screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical/functional skills, and communication ability.
  • Manage candidate engagement from first contact till offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate salary expectations, counter-offers, benefits, and interview scheduling.
  • Perform reference checks to validate authenticity and relevance.
  • Maintain and update job boards with accurate candidate information.

What Were Looking For

  • Prior US/Canada Staffing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Stability in career (consistent roles, no frequent job changes).
  • Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment preferred.
