Job Description: US IT/Non-IT RecruiterPosition Overview

The US Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients based in the United States. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT roles. The recruiter should be familiar with US hiring standards, job boards, time zones, and compliance guidelines (W2, 1099, C2C).

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Work on W2, 1099, and C2C hiring requirements based on client needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary, pay rates, and contract terms according to US market standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and vendors.
  • Track daily recruitment activities and maintain documentation in ATS systems.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
  • Work during US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) as required.
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in US IT or Non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and Visa Categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple job requirements at the same time.
  • Experience using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹1,000,000.00 per month
