Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic
Inside Sales Specialist
to join our
Cross-Border Logistics
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting our international courier solutions, and closing new business opportunities. This role involves a mix of lead generation, prospecting, and managing inbound inquiries, with a strong focus on delivering international shipping solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively scout and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and research.
  • Respond to inbound leads and understand customer shipping needs and requirements.
  • Promote and sell international courier and cross-border logistics services to SMEs and corporates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.
  • Conduct product presentations, online demos, and webinars for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the international logistics market and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, support, and training teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    Inside Sales
    or
    Business Development
    , preferably in
    logistics or international courier services
    .
  • Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals over the phone or video calls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to research and identify key stakeholders in target companies.
  • Comfortable working with productivity tools and conducting web-based presentations.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of global shipping, express courier solutions, and cross-border trade dynamics.
