About the Role
We are a startup company in the travel and hospitality sector, providing services to international travelers and businesses. We are looking for an enthusiastic Secretarial Intern to support our daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare emails, itineraries, documents, and bookings-related material
- Support travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and data entry
- Assist with social media coordination (optional)
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Confidence in communicating with diverse clients
- Eager to learn and proactive in task handling
