Schedule Management:
Efficiently organize, monitor, and maintain the Division Head s calendar including meetings, appointments, and events. Documentation & Communication:
Prepare, review, and manage all business correspondence, presentations, and internal documentation. Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, visa applications, and itineraries for the Division Head . Meeting Support:
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, agendas, and other materials required for board or executive meetings. Confidential Information Handling:
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive and high-level corporate information. Office Management:
Manage filing systems (digital and physical), oversee general office administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, etc. Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Division Head and both internal teams and external business associates. Support to Division Head s Office:
Collaborate with other departments as required to ensure the Division Head 's directives are followed and executed promptly.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
Desiable Requirements
Diploma or certification in Secretarial Practice, Office Administration, or Business Communication. Mandatory Requirements
Japanese language Skill set. Read & write.
Should be around 30 years of age
Desiable Requirements
More than 3 to 5 years of experience in the same job category. Mandatory Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
Multitasking ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desiable Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese laguage . Read , write & communicte.
