  • Key Responsibilities
    Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
  • Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and prospect qualification.
  • Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to achieve targets.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales for seamless lead flow.
  • Improve inside sales processes to enhance conversion rates.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for leadership review.
  • Required Skills
    Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve consistent results.
  • Excellent communication skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of B2B and SaaS sales cycles.
  • High ownership, discipline, and a process-driven mindset.
  • Qualifications
    3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, with 1–2 years in a managerial role.
