Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic French-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in India. This role will focus on generating pipeline, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales cycle for the French-speaking market.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound calling, emails, social selling, and networking.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and handover qualified leads to the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback to product and sales teams on customer trends and market needs.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- French language proficiency at C1/C2 or native-equivalent level.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, software, or technology sales.
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience selling in the French market.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
