We are looking for candidates who has more than 1-2 years experience in E-commerce management

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire e-commerce operations of the brand across multiple platforms.

Create, upload, and optimize product listings to ensure visibility and sales.

Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost revenue.

Monitor order processing and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Lead, supervise, and mentor the online business team.

Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and trends to make informed business decisions.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.

Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Develop strategies for improving overall operational efficiency and online presence.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in operating and managing e-commerce businesses.

Knowledge of multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

Strong team management and leadership abilities.

Expertise in planning promotions, offers, and sales campaigns.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.
