Unit Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Unit sales manager is responsible to sell health insurance in the market by developing team of sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff/agents.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain a strong sales network through agents.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation (with mark sheet/certificates available)
Must be interested in field sales.
Bike and driving mandatory
Good communication in English and Tamil.
Territory knowledge is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
