SAP HCM(Human Capital Management)/HR(Human Resource)

- Configuring basic HCM modules, such as HR Mini Master , CATS, and Org. management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized SAP HCM solutions.
- Working on business requirements changes throughout the cycle, including designing FD, Test scripts, working with developers, testing the solution, and communicating with business.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
- Defect resolution and defect analysis related to sap hr and sap payroll.
- Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, in E-recruitment and LSO.
- Supporting and fixing issues in areas of : Requisition Management, Job Postings, Application Management, Process templates for INT-EXT. Search Engine (Trex), recruiting Interfaces, Objects(NA,ND,NE), Info types and Workflows
- Working on HCM Forms (Requisition Form Job Posting Forms other correspondence forms).
- Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Payroll, and custom applications related to them.
- Provide Consulting support to our client on various Payroll related matter Configuration of Enterprise structure, Time Mgmt., work schedule, Quotas, Positive Time implementation and negative time implementation, payroll calculations, Personal Structure, Payroll Area, Pay structure, Wage type characteristics, Time related wage types, various Payroll schemas, Payroll related Features, writing PCR and inserting the PCR into the schema Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM services, identify gaps, issues and capability to provide work around solutions. Handle SAP Time Mgmt./Payroll modules Handle Time Management issues if any is assigned.
Must-Have Skills
- Should have at least 3-6 years of Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll + SuccessFactors Payroll with SF EC / EC payroll modules.
- Must have Strong Proficiency in SF EC Payroll / SAP HCM Payroll.
- Should have full life-cycle implementations on SAP EC (Employee Central) Payroll / SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Payroll Design, build and configure applications to meet business processes and Interact with the client for solution requirements.
- Should have experience working on integration between EC and ECP Point to Point Replication or EC to On Premise BIB (Business Integration builder )/CPI (Cloud Platform Integration ) Replication.
- Should have expertise on Payroll Schemas and PCRs, Postings to Finance, Bank Transfer setup.
- Should have strong Proficiency in SF EC Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll Integration between EC and ECP Point to Point Replication, EC on premise BIB/CPI, Payroll Control Center, EC Time off ECP, WFS Expertise on Payroll Schemas, Postings to G or L Accounts, Bank Transfer setup Knowledge of data Integration.
- Should have very sound knowledge on Indian Payroll, Taxation, Benefits, PCRs, Wage Type characteristics (Processing/Cumulation classes), Payroll postings, Statutory Infotypes, Payslip Configurations, Statutory reports.
- Should possess ability to configure EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts & business rules, Benefits, Time off/Time sheet, Document templates.
- Should have payroll control center, Setting up Payroll systems, data replication, Payment configuration.
- Should have an understanding of the performance management process in a global organization is an added advantage.
- Should have exhibited strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activities.
- Should have implementation, project experience with HR technologies, Support, process engineering/ re-engineering and documentation.
- Should have ability to work across cultures and build strong relationships in a global environment coordination within the team and knowledge sharing.
- Should be certified in at least one of SF (SuccessFactors) EC / ECP.
Good to Have Skills
- Certification in SAP HCM is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
