Job Description:

  • Total IT experience of around 25 years majorly in HCM. Significant exposure working in Indian Cos, PUCs and International Business Environment across diverse industry sectors. Single Point of Contact for all IT needs for HR and other departments in the Corporate.
  • Solution Leader with in-depth knowledge and Certifications in multiple modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Insightful experience in multiple complex SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA (SAPHCM) complete Life Cycle implementations.
  • Involved in Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Solution design, Project Health Check, Scoping, Resource Planning, Business Process Analysis, Driving Business Workshops, Conceptual Design, Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Data Conversions, Role mapping, Security, Authorizations and Production Support. Complete end to end application management.
  • End to end delivery for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Implementations and support.
