Head – Water & Wastewater Technology (Techno-Commercial Projects) Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 20-30years Our client has been at the forefront of engineered storage and environmental solutions, having ventured into cutting-edge water and wastewater technologies in partnership with global innovators. Role OverviewThis is a techno-commercial leadership role focused on driving wastewater and sanitation technology projects across India.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish a robust project pipeline through EPC contractors, municipal bodies, and private builders, and to scale the adoption of internationally proven, first-of-its-kind technologies in India. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the wastewater vertical, including strategy, business development, project execution, and team building. Interface with EPC contractors , municipal corporations, and real estate developers to promote Shubham's packaged STP technologies.

Leverage existing international technology partnerships to win and implement medium- and large-scale sewage treatment projects. Drive adoption of licensed, pre-manufactured STPs for buildings, townships, and smart cities. Evaluate and onboard EPC contractors who can adopt our technology in their bids.

Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with government environmental policies and budgets. Monitor project progress, from pilot to scale, including long-gestation municipal projects (1–4 years). Build and mentor a technical team from the ground up.

Be the face of the vertical to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ideal Candidate ProfileProfessional Degree in Environmental Engineering- Must Have20-30 years of experience in environmental engineering, project sales, or wastewater domain, preferably with exposure to municipal and private sector markets. Strong understanding of circular water management—from source to discharge and reuse.

Strong network of EPC contractors, and wastewater technology vendors. Proven track record of leading long-gestation, high-value technical projects. Technologically sound, commercially sharp, and impact-driven mindset.

Entrepreneurial and capable of building a new business vertical from the ground up. Exposure to international technologies and JV/collaboration models is a strong advantage.
