As a
Business Development Executive
, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our manufacturing products to companies across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online research, cold calling, networking, and social media
- Meet with clients to understand their gifting needs and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to fulfill orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
Key Requirements:
- 1–4 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B or Gifting industry)
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Communication
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
