Process: SBI Renewal Executive - Voice Process

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of SBI Renewal Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in sales. This role involves handling customer renewals, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing SBI customers for policy/plan renewals.
  • Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly renewal and sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of renewal cases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
  • Mandatory minimum 1 year of sales experience (any field).
  • Versant level 4 good communication skills required.
  • Comfortable with rotational week offs.
  • Shift timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: 22,000 per month.
  • Take Home: 20,000 per month.
